Shraddha Kapoor is set to make a strong comeback after the massive success of *Stree 2*. Her most anticipated project is the biographical drama *Eetha*, directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films. The film chronicles the life of legendary Marathi Tamasha and Lavani artist Vithabai Bhau Mang Narayangaonkar and is officially scheduled for theatrical release on 28 August 2026, coinciding with Raksha Bandhan. In *Eetha*, Shraddha will share the screen with Randeep Hooda and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub. The story spans several decades, highlighting the artist’s rise, struggles, and cultural impact. Filming progressed through late 2025 and early 2026, with the makers positioning it as a powerful, author-backed role that showcases a different side of the actress beyond her popular horror-comedy image. Following *Eetha*, Shraddha remains a key part of the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe. *Stree 3*, the next chapter in the highly successful franchise, is locked for release on 13 August 2027. Directed once again by Amar Kaushik, the film is expected to reunite her with Rajkummar Rao and the familiar ensemble, continuing the mix of horror, humour, and social commentary that made the earlier instalments box-office hits. Another long-delayed project gaining fresh momentum is *Naagin* (also referred to as *Nagin*). This high-concept fantasy film, in which Shraddha plays an *ichchadhari naagin*, was reported to begin shooting around April 2026 after she wraps *Eetha*. Produced with involvement from Nikhil Dwivedi, the movie has been in development for years and is now moving closer to production, with a possible release window in 2027 or 2028. Beyond these confirmed titles, Shraddha’s name has also been linked to other projects such as the delayed *No Entry* sequel and potential appearances within the expanding Maddock universe, including connections to *Bhediya 2*. While release dates in Bollywood can shift, her 2026–2027 lineup currently centres on *Eetha*, *Stree 3*, and *Naagin*, offering fans a diverse mix of biopic, horror-comedy, and fantasy entertainment.
